• Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to circumvent or disable the monitoring or limiting features

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Free Tier

Screen Goal offers a free tier with basic functionality for a limited time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.

3.2 Premium Plans

Premium features require a subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until canceled.

• Payments are processed through our secure payment processor
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

4. Privacy and Data

Your use of Screen Goal is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• All screen time data is stored locally on your device
• We do not collect or upload your usage patterns
• Application names may be sent to our classification API
• You retain full control over your data

5. Parental Control Features

When used for parental control purposes:

• Parents/guardians are responsible for appropriate configuration
• The Software is a tool to assist, not replace, parental supervision
• Parents should communicate with children about screen time rules
• PIN codes must be kept secure and not shared with children
• Regular review of settings and limits is recommended

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The Software will be error-free or uninterrupted
• All applications and websites will be correctly categorized
• The monitoring features will capture 100% of screen activity
• The Software will prevent all unwanted screen time behavior

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NETAMBITION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Software
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Software
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted or transmitted via the Software

8. Updates and Modifications

We may update the Software from time to time to:

• Add new features or functionality
• Fix bugs and improve performance
• Enhance security
• Ensure compatibility with system updates

Updates may be automatic or require your consent. We recommend keeping the Software up to date.

9. Termination
